Volumes 1, 2 and 3

These decorative activity sheets may be printed out
and photocopied for student use. They're meant to
stimulate lively classroom discussions, as each student 
develops a personal "Top Ten" list for a given topic.
These sheets provide great fluency practice for teen
and adult TEFL students learning English. Several topics
are also suitable for use with younger school children.
Depending on the topic, these discussion sheets may
also be worked into many public school classes such as
literature, English, social studies, geography, history,
music, philosophy and science. They can even enhance
students' research skills and knowledge of subject areas

A Capital Idea, geography rhymes
for learning all the US state capitals

Children can learn to name all 50 US states and their
capitals with the aid of these silly US geography
rhymes. A Capital Idea is a long poem containing 53
verses, including one for each state. Depending on 
children's ages, they might tackle the entire poem at
once, or learn one state capital each day. Either way,
this state capitals poem provides an entertaining way
to learn the states and their capitals and really make
them stick. A simple quiz is also included to help kids 
recall the names of all 50 US states for years to come.
